Privacy policy

Controller: Boris Varadinac, Varadinac Visuals, Belgrade, Serbia — leiprive.app@gmail.com. We process personal data in line with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, for users in the EU, the GDPR.
What we collect and why
- Account: email address, password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider) or your Google sign-in identity — to create and secure your account.
- Your wardrobe: photos and descriptions of your clothes, outfits you mark as worn, and your settings (language, colour palette, region) — to provide the Service.
- Weather (optional): only if you switch it on, your device's approximate location is used to fetch the local forecast and city name. We do not store your location on our servers; the last forecast is kept on your device.
- Subscription: if you buy Premium, Lemon Squeezy shares with us the subscription status, plan, dates and the customer email — to unlock Premium. We never receive your card details.
- Support: messages you send us by email.
Legal bases: performance of our contract with you (account, wardrobe, Premium), your consent (weather location, which you can switch off at any time), and our legitimate interest in keeping the Service secure. We do not sell your data, do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and do not use your photos for any other purpose.
Who processes data for us
- Supabase — account, database and private photo storage (EU region, Frankfurt).
- Netlify — hosting of the web app.
- Lemon Squeezy — merchant of record for payments; processes payment data under its own privacy policy.
- Google — if you choose Google sign-in; Google Fonts for the app's typefaces.
- Open-Meteo and BigDataCloud — weather forecast and city name, only when weather is switched on.
Some of these providers may process data outside Serbia and the EU; they do so under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Storage on your device
The app stores your session, settings and a local copy of your wardrobe in your browser (local storage / IndexedDB) so it works quickly and offline. These are not advertising or tracking cookies. Signing out or clearing your browser data removes them from that device.
How long we keep data
As long as your account exists. When you delete your account (Profile → Delete account) we delete your wardrobe, photos, wear history and settings. We keep only a minimal technical record (a random account ID, dates and status of the deletion) to complete the removal of files. Lemon Squeezy keeps billing records as required by tax law.
Security
Your wardrobe and photos are private to your account: access rules in the database allow every user to read and change only her own data, photos are stored in a private bucket, and all connections are encrypted.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export (Profile → Data) or delete your data, withdraw consent, object to or restrict processing, and ask for data portability. Write to leiprive.app@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of Serbia (poverenik.rs) or your local data protection authority.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 16.
Changes
We will announce important changes to this policy in the app or by email.
