How do I sign in?
With your email and password, with Google, or (in the iPhone and iPad app) with Sign in with Apple.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password?, enter your email and open the link we send you; it lets you set a new password. Signed in, you can change it any time in Profile → Change password.
How do I add my clothes?
Wardrobe → Add a piece – take a photo. Photograph the piece on a plain background; the colour is detected for you and you can correct type, fabric, fit and seasons.
Why do I see sample pieces?
They let you try the app right away. They are marked Sample and you can remove them in Profile.
The weather does not show
Allow location for LEI PRIVÉ (iPhone: Settings → LEI PRIVÉ → Location → While Using the App). Location is used only for the forecast and is not stored.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete account. Your account, wardrobe and photos are deleted permanently.
