Terms of service

These terms apply to the LEI PRIVÉ web app at leiprive.netlify.app (the “Service”), operated by Boris Varadinac, Varadinac Visuals, Belgrade, Serbia (“we”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. Contact: leiprive.app@gmail.com.

1. The Service

LEI PRIVÉ lets you photograph and catalogue your own clothes and suggests outfits based on styling rules, occasion, season and weather. Suggestions are style guidance only; you decide what to wear.

2. Your account

You need an account (email and password, or Google sign-in). You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account.

3. Free and Premium

LEI PRIVÉ is currently free to use, with no limit on your own pieces. If we introduce optional paid features (for example a Premium subscription), their prices and contents will be shown on our pricing page and at checkout before you buy, and these terms will apply to them. Nothing is charged without your explicit purchase.

4. Payments and renewals

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), who is the merchant of record for all our orders and handles payment, taxes, invoices and payment-related customer service. Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Premium renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app (Profile → Premium → Manage subscription) or in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in our refund policy. We will tell you in advance, by email or in the app, about any price change for an existing subscription; the new price applies from your next renewal and you may cancel before it does.

5. Your content

Photos and descriptions you add remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the Service to you. Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not upload content that is illegal, or photos of other people without their permission.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to access other users' data, to bypass the Free limit or payment, to overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or to use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features. If we ever discontinue Premium, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account; this permanently removes your wardrobe, photos, wear history and settings (please cancel an active subscription first). We may close accounts that seriously breach these terms, with notice where possible.

9. Liability

The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions you make based on outfit suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to solve any problem.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Important changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Ovi uslovi važe za web aplikaciju LEI PRIVÉ na adresi leiprive.netlify.app („Usluga“), kojom upravlja Boris Varadinac, Varadinac Visuals, Beograd, Srbija („mi“). Pravljenjem naloga ili korišćenjem Usluge prihvataš ove uslove. Kontakt: leiprive.app@gmail.com.

1. Usluga

LEI PRIVÉ ti omogućava da fotografišeš i sačuvaš svoju odeću i predlaže kombinacije prema pravilima stila, prilici, sezoni i vremenu. Predlozi su savet; odluka o tome šta nosiš je tvoja.

2. Nalog

Potreban je nalog (email i lozinka ili prijava preko Google-a). Moraš imati najmanje 16 godina. Čuvaj podatke za prijavu; odgovorna si za aktivnosti na svom nalogu. Jedan nalog po osobi.

3. Besplatno i plaćeni dodaci

LEI PRIVÉ je trenutno besplatan, bez ograničenja broja tvojih komada. Ako uvedemo opcione plaćene dodatke (npr. Premium pretplatu), cene i sadržaj biće prikazani na stranici sa cenama i pri plaćanju, pre kupovine. Ništa se ne naplaćuje bez tvoje izričite kupovine.

4. Plaćanje i obnavljanje

Prodaju i naplatu obavlja naš prodavac Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), koji je merchant of record za sve narudžbine i brine o plaćanju, porezima, računima i podršci za plaćanje; za kupovinu važe i njegovi uslovi za kupce. Premium se automatski obnavlja na kraju svakog perioda dok ga ne otkažeš. Otkazuješ bilo kada u aplikaciji (Profil → Premium → Upravljaj pretplatom) ili na Lemon Squeezy stranici za kupce; Premium važi do kraja plaćenog perioda. Povraćaj novca je opisan u politici povraćaja. O promeni cene postojeće pretplate obavestićemo te unapred; nova cena važi od sledećeg obnavljanja i možeš otkazati pre toga.

5. Tvoj sadržaj

Fotografije i opisi koje dodaš ostaju tvoji. Dozvoljavaš nam da ih čuvamo i obrađujemo samo radi pružanja Usluge tebi. Postavljaj samo fotografije koje imaš pravo da koristiš, bez nezakonitog sadržaja i bez fotografija drugih osoba bez njihove dozvole.

6. Dozvoljeno korišćenje

Zabranjeno je zloupotrebljavati Uslugu: pokušaji pristupa tuđim podacima, zaobilaženje ograničenja ili plaćanja, preopterećenje ili obrnuti inženjering, nezakonita upotreba. Takve naloge možemo suspendovati.

7. Dostupnost i izmene

Trudimo se da Usluga radi i da su tvoji podaci bezbedni, ali ne možemo garantovati rad bez prekida. Funkcije možemo menjati i unapređivati. Ako ukinemo Premium, vratićemo neiskorišćeni deo unapred plaćenog perioda.

8. Brisanje naloga

Nalog možeš obrisati bilo kada (Profil → Obriši nalog); time se trajno brišu ormar, fotografije, istorija i podešavanja (aktivnu pretplatu prvo otkaži). Naloge koji ozbiljno krše ove uslove možemo zatvoriti, uz obaveštenje kad je moguće.

9. Odgovornost

Usluga se pruža u postojećem stanju. U meri dozvoljenoj zakonom ne odgovaramo za posrednu štetu niti za odluke donete na osnovu predloga. Ništa u ovim uslovima ne ograničava prava koja imaš kao potrošač po obaveznim propisima.

10. Merodavno pravo

Na ove uslove primenjuje se pravo Republike Srbije, bez uskraćivanja zaštite koju potrošačima daju obavezni propisi zemlje u kojoj žive. Molimo te da nam se prvo obratiš kako bismo problem rešili.

11. Izmene uslova

Uslove možemo menjati; o važnim izmenama obaveštavamo u aplikaciji ili emailom najmanje 14 dana unapred.
